I think I am developing a sun fetish :S It was a pleasure and a pain taking this shot as I did not have a tripod with me on this trip. I had to rely on whatever rocks and debris where there to stabilize my camera, and I didn't even have a shutter release... so keeping the camera still was quite a pain. I practiced a little bit before the sun started to set so I can find the best spot to take the photo from without lots of nudging about. Finally I was able to find the perfect piece of rock custom-eroded by the weather to fit my 450D! LOL! With dad shouting in the background informing me we should leave, I took multiple exposures and ran off before he left me for good to find my way back to Damascus on my own. Sigh!
